I believe the biggest challenge I have overcome in life was coping with the feeling and tragedy of losing someone dear to me. I prefer not to mention in specifics who it was.
A lot of people handle losing someone close to them differently. In my case, I dealt with anger and depression heavily.
The ways I overcame it:
Thankfully, I had people around me to help me through it. It was hard at first, but to be reminded everyday that I’m not the only one that feels this way and that I have other people around me that were there when I needed them greatly helped me ease my way to overcome that feeling and state of mind.
Any advice for those going through a similar struggle:
-Surround yourself with people that love you and support you at all times. They must be there for you always.
-I think that this advice is very important not only for my type of situation but any type of situation as you should always want to feel love and support with whatever struggle you’re going through.
-Family and friends are the two most important types of people everybody needs to get through tough times or even life in general. Never push them away or forget them.
